What is the Colorado Esthetician Alliance?
CEA is a group membership for licensed estheticians only. A place where all things esthetics in Colorado come together. Whether you specialize in skincare services, lashes, brows or waxing, we want to be your esthetic career resource.
What is included?
Business courses to help you build your business with a strong foundation. Weekly live group coaching and support calls. A safe, bully-free community where we support, inspire and grow with one another.
The Details:
Colorado Esthetician Alliance is a membership that is open 3 times per year. The Founders price 9.99 per month(for a limited time only. Regularly 19.99 per month) as long as you keep your membership active. You will have access to mini-courses, group coaching, our CEA community and monthly webinars.
COMING SOON: Job boards, Booth and room rental postings. Product and brand education, discounts on advanced topic courses. A directory of DPOS approved advanced certifications. Legal scope of practice information and many other resources to come. Ask for it and we will try to get it for you! Please note: This membership is for LICENSED ESTHETICIANS ONLY (COSMOS: if you can show esthetics is your primary source of income). Licenses will be verified and license must be active. License can be from any state or Canadian province. We do not offer memberships to RN's, PA's or Medical Assistants working in esthetics.
You can cancel at any time with 72 hours notice prior to your next billing day. Once canceled you will have access to until midnight the last night of the billed cycle and will not be allowed to rejoin for 1 year. Please understand this helps us build a solid reliable community of serious estheticians looking to build a business or career. You can rejoin anytime during open enrollment after 1 year

I’m thrilled you’re here. The Colorado Esthetician Alliance is being created to be a dynamic hub where licensed estheticians can access education, coaching, mentoring, and a supportive community. My vision is to unite estheticians in our state, fostering connections and learning from one another’s successes—showing that thriving in this industry is not just possible but achievable for everyone.
As the beauty industry evolves, our role as estheticians faces challenges, with some states limiting our scope of practice. But we are so much more than “face washers.” We are the first line for our clients in skin health, providing expert care, personalized solutions, and lasting relationships built on trust and compassion. Clients turn to us not just for treatments but for guidance and connection—things they rarely find in medical esthetics settings. Together, we can raise the standard of our profession, protect its integrity, and secure a thriving future for estheticians everywhere.
